The "Roots Marriage Ministry Moments" is a Biblically based marriage ministry designed to provide scriptural and practical solutions for many of the tough questions and issues facing married couples and those considering marriage today. J.C. and Gena Matthews have been married for over 30 years and have successfully navigated the various transitions of life, both for the better and the worse.
Through the transitions of dating, newlyweds, children, grandchildren, poverty and prosperity, they have managed to maintained a heathy relationship and home environment that is supported by respect, passion, love and empathy. This is a result of their commitment to dealing with the roots or origins of problems, instead of dealing only with the fruits that they produce. Recognizing and dealing with the various influences upon marriages, both natural and spiritual, they have been able do develop a unified vision for their marriage that is founded upon integrity, understanding and trust.
